Brakes
- All master cylinder and caliper mounting bolts are to be cotter pinned, safety wired or double nut in such a manner that they cannot loosen.
- Nylock style nuts used to hold the brake disk to the hub ARE PROHIBITED.
- Use of steel locking nuts or drilled castellated nuts, properly pinned are the only acceptable fastener for disk.
- All karts must be equipped with a brake disk guard (AKA Wolf plate) located between the brake disk and seat.
Steering
- All steering assembly bolts must be cotter pinned, safety wired or double nut.
Weight
- All weight must be bolted securely to the kart with at least 5/16 bolts.
- All bolts must be cotter pinned, safety wired or double nut. All weights must be WHITE in color.
Axles
- Front spindle nuts must be cotter pinned.
- Rear axles must have snap rings at each end.
- All karts must have a chain guard.
- All 4-cycle headers must be safety wired
